Therapeutic Offerings

Skyterra Young Adult is a Wellness Program that uses a five-pillar approach to guide guests toward a more positive relationship with themselves. We believe that our therapeutic pillar of Self-Care and Stress Management is a key factor in a young adult’s journey of finding self-worth and discovering who they want to become. We empower our guests, ages 18 to 29, to thrive in their independence by working on a developing consistent routine, exploring their mental health, building relationships and experiencing adventure.
