Primary Therapist

With more than a decade of experience in mental health, Stephanie has worked with diverse populations including college students, children, adults and young adults. As a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Stephanie is passionate about the mind-body connection and believes that mental and physical well-being go hand in hand.

Further, she is extensively trained in Integrated Psychotherapy, where she integrates evidence-based lifestyle medicine with psychotherapy to support clients on their healing journey. She is also EMDR-trained, helping individuals process past experiences, reduce emotional distress and build resilience.

Stephanie stays up to date on emerging research in mental health and trauma, ensuring her clients receive the most effective, research-backed care. She is honored to be part of the Skyterra Young Adult team, where the intersection of mental, emotional and physical wellness creates the foundation for lasting transformation.
