Amanda, MA, LCMHC, NCC, is a compassionate, person-centered therapist with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. From her experience in the field, she has developed a unique ability to create a safe and supportive environment for her clients to explore their struggles and work towards healing and growth. Her expertise spans trauma, substance use disorders, and various mental health challenges.

Amanda believes that every individual deserves to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, and she is committed to empowering her clients with the tools and strategies they need to achieve their goals. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, and motivational interviewing. Amanda is dedicated to providing personalized care that honors each individual’s unique experiences and needs, helping them develop resilience, build strong relationships, and cultivate a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
