Guest Transportation Information
Thank you for your stay at Skyterra Young Adult. Below is some important information that will help you plan for your departure.
Departing Flights out of Asheville Regional Airport (AVL):
- For Monday and Tuesday flights, we offer a free shuttle service to the airport for departing guests from 11am to 4pm.
- For Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday flights as well as all weekday evenings and all weekends, the transportation fee to use the shuttle service is $75
- Please note that departing guests may be transported to the airport well before their flight to accommodate program activities planned for other guests.
Departing Flights out of Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP):
- For Monday through Friday flights, please note that GSP is 1.5-2 hours away from our campus and the transportation fee to use the shuttle service is $150. To accommodate the transportation time we request any flights be in the early afternoon into the evening.
- If possible, please avoid weekend flights out of this airport. If this is the only flight available, we will schedule outside transportation via a taxi or car service. This service will be charged to the credit card on file for our departing guest.
Please provide your travel itinerary and flight information to our team at your earliest convenience.
Travel itinerary must be provided at least one week in advance to be scheduled for our shuttle service. One of our transportation providers will use this information to track your flight and make sure your shuttle goes smoothly.
Our Location and Driving Directions from AVL
Skyterra Young Adult is located in Western North Carolina, about an hour’s driving time from Asheville. Our address is 925 Pine Shore Dr, Brevard, NC 28712. If you are driving from the Asheville Regional Airport, please put this address into your GPS.

If you do not have a GPS, you can follow these directions:
- Head south of NC-280 W toward Fanning Bridge Rd (15.4 mi)
- Continue onto US-276 S/US-64 W (0.2 mi)
- Turn left onto Ecusta Rd (0.3 mi)
- At the traffic circle, take the second exit and stay on Ecusta Rd (1.1 mi)
- Turn right onto State Rd 1504 (262 ft)
- Turn left onto Wilson Rd (3.7 mi)
- Turn left onto US-276 E (5.4 mi)
- Turn right onto East Fork Rd (3.0 mi)
- Turn right into Pine Shore Dr (0.2 mi)
- Turn left to stay on Pine Shore Dr. (0.6 mi)
- Your destination will be on your left. You have arrived!
